C.P. 66270, Mexico, with website: www.grupoindustronic.com, is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of your personal data, including, but not limited to, the access, handling, use, transfer, and disposal of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and this Privacy Notice.

1. What Personal Data will be processed?

• Identification Data, such as Full Name, Tax Status Certificate, Unique Population Registry Code, Place and Date of Birth and Nationality, Banking Information, Segment, Legal Representative.
• Contact Data, such as Home Address, Tax Address, Home Phone Number, Cell Phone Number, Email Address, Company where you work, Profession, Position.
• Data on Industronic products you have purchased, such as serial number, technical specifications of the equipment, IP, address, and telephone numbers.

2. For what purposes does Industronic process your personal data?

The personal data you provide to us, whether collected or transferred, will be used for the following primary activities necessary to (i) identify you; (ii) contact you; (iii) carry out prospecting, offering, and selling products and services offered directly by Industronic or through its distributors; (iv) follow up, update, and confirm Industronic products you have purchased or services contracted in relation to them; (v) provide technical and after-sales service for your Industronic products, either at our physical facilities, through our chat, or call center; (vi) honor the warranty of your Industronic product; (vii) provide you with the goods and/or services you request; (viii) keep our records and databases up to date; (ix) evaluate the quality of both Industronic products and the services we offer; (x) to send advertising about our products and services; (xi) to conduct studies on consumer habits and service surveys; (xiii) for contests and promotions.

If you do not want your personal data to be processed for the purposes indicated above, you can request to object to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to: contacto@industronic.com.mx and, if appropriate, Industronic will proceed to permanently delete the personal data that you do not want to be processed.

3. To which third parties may your Personal Data be transferred?

Industronic may transfer your personal data without your consent to the following organizations and for the following purposes:

• To competent authorities in order to comply with applicable legal provisions.
• To Industronic’s subsidiaries and affiliates that are governed by the same privacy policies as Industronic for advertising purposes.
• To Industronic distributors for the purposes of providing technical and after-sales service.

If you do not want your personal data to be transferred for any or all of the purposes indicated, you may request to oppose the transfer of your personal data by sending an email to contacto@industronic.com.mx.

4. How can you exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (known as ARCO Rights), revoke your consent, and limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data?

The owner of personal data has the right to (i) access their Personal Data held by Industronic and know the details of how it is processed; (ii) rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel them when they consider that their processing is contrary to applicable legislation; or (iv) oppose their processing for specific purposes (collectively, the “ARCO Rights”).

You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time, without the revocation having retroactive effect; however, in some cases, such revocation may be inadmissible in order to comply with legal obligations by virtue of which Industronic is obliged to continue processing your Personal Data.

Likewise, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data so that it is not processed for advertising campaigns or promotions by Industronic and its subsidiaries and affiliates, by requesting and subsequently submitting the duly completed Request Form to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data, which must be requested from the email address contacto@industronic.com.mx

Your request to (i) exercise ARCO Rights; (ii) revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data; or (iii) limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data must be made using the corresponding request form, which must be requested from the email address contacto@industronic.com.mx

In order for Industronic’s Personal Data Protection Department to follow up on your request, you must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the corresponding form and accompany it with a copy of one of the valid official identifications indicated therein.
