BOOST voltage regulator
This I1 UPS integrates a BOOST voltage regulator that automatically corrects voltage drops without using the battery. When the input voltage drops below the appropriate level, the system raises the voltage to a safe range for the connected equipment. This prevents unexpected restarts and low voltage failures, while reserving the battery for total power outage events.
Surge protection
This model features protected power outlets that help mitigate voltage spikes caused by disturbances in the electrical grid. Events such as distant lightning strikes, power failures, or sudden reconnections can generate surges that can affect sensitive electronic equipment, so this feature acts as an additional safety barrier.
